WHEN A BLINDSIDING BREAKUP
BREAKS MORE THAN JUST YOUR HEART.
Hello, there.
I’m Gina.
I’m a trauma-informed breakup and betrayal-trauma coach.
I support women who’ve been blindsided, discarded, or slowly abandoned by someone they trusted. The kind of ending that doesn’t just hurt, it shakes your sense of safety and reality.
I know what it feels like to have the ground pulled out from under you.
I’ve lived through the shock of being suddenly left by someone I loved deeply, and I remember how disorienting it was to try to function when nothing made sense.
That’s why this work isn’t theoretical for me. It’s personal. And it’s made for people whose pain is bigger than “just a breakup.”
Where you might be at…
1
EMOTIONAL WHIPLASH
You’ve just gone through a sudden, devastating breakup or discard that’s left you questioning everything. Their behavior flipped, the story changed overnight, and now your body is in shock — looping, panicked, unable to find solid ground or any real closure.
2
DROWNING IN THE AFTERMATH
It’s been a few weeks or months since the blindsiding breakup. You’re exhausted from trying to hold it together. Sleep, eating, and focus are all over the place. You’re caught between grief, rage, and disbelief, replaying it all and trying to understand how someone who once felt safe could become a source of so much harm.
3
READY TO REBUILD
The initial crisis has passed, but the impact hasn’t. You’re still living with attachment trauma, triggers, and waves of abandonment grief. You’re ready to understand the patterns that led here, rebuild your sense of safety, and learn how to trust yourself again, so you don’t ignore red flags or disappear inside a relationship ever again.
If any of these sound like you, I’m here to support you.
You don’t have to keep doing this alone or piecing it together at 2 a.m. from random articles and TikToks. My work is slow, grounded, and nervous-system aware — no rushing, no pressure, no “just move on” advice.
If you’re wanting support that meets you where you actually are, you can schedule a first session below.
