For the woman who never got answers, only a traumatic ending…who’s navigating confusion, self-blame, and needs support to rebuild her sense of self…

Reclaiming You

A deeply validating 5-week support group

— We start Mon, Jan 5, 2026 —

I know the whiplash of going from cherished to discarded… the gut-punch of realizing their love came with avoidance and harm.

Over the last few year, I’ve sat with hundreds of women who all came into the room carrying the same shock: how do you make sense of someone who loved you so deeply and then turned into someone who’s caused me so much pain?

This Support Group was built from those conversations, from the truth of what blindsiding abandonment actually does to a person.

That’s what this group is for.

The Space We’re Creating

A floral arrangement with a large red rose and pink flowers in a decorative glass vase on a table, alongside a notebook with handwritten notes, a pen, a small dish, a wooden spatula, and a photograph of a couple. The tablecloth has a floral pattern.

These five weeks are about giving you a place to tell the truth about what this has done to you: the bond, the pull, the contradictions, the parts of you that still don’t feel like yourself.

We’ll meet once a week and slow everything down enough that your mind and body can finally get on the same page. We’ll look at what’s happening and how to steady yourself without abandoning the parts that still care.

Nothing here is rushed. You’ll have support, understanding, and people who don’t expect you to pretend you’re fine.

A desk with lit candles, a person holding a card, a large rock, a glass of water with pens, a vase of flowers, and various office supplies.

A collage of five images: a person wearing a gold necklace with charms and a black shirt, a small dog lying on a red blanket holding a mug, a woman with curly dark hair and a pink sweater smiling, a close-up of an open book with smoke rising from it, and hands preparing a cup of tea on a wooden table.

Hi,

I’m Gina

In September 2024, I went through a blindsiding breakup myself. Overnight, someone I loved became unrecognizable. That experience showed me what it’s like to question your entire reality and to try to make sense of something senseless.

Alongside my training in somatic healing, attachment theory, and the Enneagram, I bring that lived truth. I know what it feels like to still care deeply for someone who’s caused you harm, AND to hold both love and devastation in your body.

Standard breakup advice is hollow and dismissive of betrayal trauma’s complexity. What I longed for was something different: a space that honors the love that was real and the harm that followed.

This work is rooted in the belief that healing doesn’t happen by rushing forward or “just moving on.” It happens when we slow down. When we have space to process with purpose, to be witnessed without judgment, and to feel our experiences finally make sense.

I know from my own experience (and from walking alongside others) that healing is possible. Not through force, but by allowing ourselves to move at the pace our hearts truly need.
